Due to their fine tradition of excellence, the city can rest assured their citizens are getting the best education to send them into the world prepared for anything. They are the ones who named it Broken Arrow after their home in Alabama before their journey west on the Trail of Tears. Today, Broken Arrow is a flourishing city with new communities and homes that has been named by Family Circle Magazine as one of the “Top 10 cities in America in which to raise a family”.

As you can see, the number of homes sold decreased by quite a few, however the other numbers show little change. The number of days it takes on average for a Tulsa single family property to sell is still very good, when comparing it to other similarly sized cities throughout America. Typically, a single family home will take more than 180-200 days to sell in today's market.

I will attempt to show you a way to put the fun back into redecorating and make it possible to stretch your hard earned money a bit farther.

Tulsa real estate is being bought and sold at a rate much higher than many parts of our nation. What does that have to do with redecorating you ask? Well, some of the Tulsa homes are being sold because their owners are moving to other states. That means their owners may be moving to homes that may be further away than what would be cost effective to transport their furniture.

Many people have found shopping at consignment or resale shops has enabled them to decorate their entire home for the cost of what a single room would cost if purchased new. These stores carry a wide selection of furniture including dressers, end ..(read more)
